Return Process

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box, secure it inside a shipping carton, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
